Abuse of a Disabled Person Age 49

I need someone to please contact me (I was working with a wonderful lady named Virgina) about my being abused by my 14 year old niece. She constantly verbally and physically abuses and harms me; her mother won't do anything about it and has vowed to lie for her daughter in court if necessary. Something needs to be done with this child ASAP. FYI, I am being forced to move from my home because of this. Thank you.

I hope Phyllis can call or come back by the house...I lost her business card and I KNOW she will help me. I suppose I can stay here until I move on September 1st but I want something done with this child and her mother ASAP. They are constantly threatening and the child is constantly "body-slamming" me, getting into my face daring me to slap her, and pushing me down. I have been hurt badly by this young girl's actions and I am sick of it. I will call the police and pursue the matter in court if something isn't done immediately. Please if you can pass this to Phyliss! Thank you.  PS - in the first message I left for you, I somehow gave a name of "Virginia..." it is PHYLISS.  Thank you!
